The List a Vehicle Classified Ad service on CollectorCarHunter.com offers great value through extremely favorable listing fees for wide exposure of your vehicle to buyers on a worldwide basis - as well as, numerous enhancements to improve the chances of a buyer noticing your advertisement.
The CollectorCarHunter.com system allows auto sellers to purchase credits on our system to activate "For Sale Listings" for a specific period of time. Credits can be purchased individually or in packaged blocks. In no event will CollectorCarHunter.com issue refunds for credits that have been purchased and utilized or applied to a specific listing. Credits that have been purchased in packaged blocks, but only partially used, are non-refundable. (Unused credits will remain in your account for future access.)
CollectorCarHunter.com therefore does not offer refunds on listing fees.
CollectorCarHunter.com cannot provide a refund if you change your mind about the Ad, or its content or enhancements, or if you have made mistakes in submitting the Ad, or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the vehicle through CollectorCarHunter.com, or if the vehicle has already been sold through other means. (Auto sellers are allowed unlimited edits of their AuoHunter Ad, in real-time and it is therefore the sellers responsibility to make sure the ad content is correct.)
We also cannot provide a refund if CollectorCarHunter.com has made mistakes in the content or enhancements of the Ad. In any case where CollectorCarHunter.com has made such mistakes, we will, of course, make appropriate corrections to the Ad.
As part of our “Satisfaction Guarantee”, CollectorCarHunter.com may provide complimentary or discounted credits to clients if the circumstances warrant it.
